Redemption paths

Purchased Lotus$ (like all Lotus$) may be spent only on Member-to-Member trades and/or booking eligible Lotustay.com stays when lodging is enabled. Not redeemable for U.S. dollars from Operator.

KYC

Club KYC is required before completing a purchase that would cause lifetime cumulative Operator cash purchases to exceed US $10,000. Below that, no separate club KYC-before-purchase rule. Processor may still require ID at any amount. Cash-out remains off.
