Host / Lodging Addendum

Effective Date September 17, 2026. Operator: Lotustay Inc.

This addendum binds when you use lodging / host-stay features or apply Lotus$ toward Operator-designated Lotustay.com nights. Lodging application is trade-credit application toward designated inventory — not a USD cash-out and not wages.

Cleaning fees, taxes (including transient occupancy tax / hotel tax), and other cash fees are collected and remitted by Operator in USD. Those amounts are not paid with Lotus$ unless an offer or schedule expressly says otherwise.

Levels 1–7 may apply Lotus$ toward soft nights only. Level 8 Lotus Friend may apply toward any Operator-designated Lotustay.com lodging. Operator hubs and Operator cash-out remain not enabled.
