Privacy Policy (Membership)

Effective Date September 16, 2026.

Lotustay Inc. collects the membership information you give at Join: full name, email, password (stored as a hash), optional phone, optional city/region, optional referral code, optional locale and note, and your click-wrap acceptance (member id/email, timestamp Pacific Time, IP and user-agent when available, and document versions).

We also store offers, trades, and Lotus$ ledger entries needed to operate the club. We use this information to run membership, the Board, and settlement — not to sell a cash-out product and not as wages.
